Pick your number

Reserve a number and it's live on your devices within minutes. Vanity and memorable numbers are marked — ask us about gold numbers.

Plans

Three ways to answer the phone

Start with a single number, grow into a full cloud PBX, or connect the PBX you already own with SIP trunks. Inbound calls are always free.

Cloud PBX

Everything a switchboard does, none of the cabinet.

Hosted in ZODSAT's cloud with redundant trunks, so your reception works through load-shedding and your team answers from anywhere.

IVR & ring groups

"Press 1 for sales" menus, time-of-day routing, hunt groups and queues with hold music.

Recording & analytics

Record calls for training and compliance; live wallboards and call reports per agent.

WhatsApp & CRM

Click-to-call from your CRM, WhatsApp Business integration and screen-pops with the caller's history.

Softphone & mobile app

The ZODSAT app on iOS, Android, Windows and Mac — your extension follows you to the farm, the mine or London.

Voicemail to email

Missed calls arrive as audio and transcript in your inbox or WhatsApp.

International presence

A London or New York number that rings in Harare — look local to customers abroad.

Fraud & spend controls

Per-user budgets, destination blocking and anomaly alerts protect your bill.

One portal

Numbers, users, recordings and invoices managed in My ZODSAT alongside your internet.

Call rates

Pay-as-you-go, billed per second

No minimums and no rounding up. Calls between ZODSAT numbers are free, wherever in the world they are.

  • Per-second billing after the first second
  • Unlimited ZW landline bundles from $15 a month
  • Toll-free 0800 numbers for Zimbabwe on request
  • Detailed CDRs and spend alerts in the portal

Keep your number

Port your existing number to ZODSAT

Moving your published landline or 08644 number to the cloud takes a few days. We handle the POTRAZ paperwork and keep the old line ringing until the switch.

Send us the details

Your current number, provider and a recent invoice. We check it's portable the same day.

Sign the authority

A one-page porting authorisation lets us request the number from your provider.

We provision in parallel

Your cloud PBX and devices go live on a temporary number so nothing is missed.

Switch day

The number moves, usually before lunch. Your old line can be cancelled the next day.

  • Registration or IP-authenticated trunks, TLS/SRTP
  • Direct routing for Microsoft Teams
  • Wholesale termination for call centres and resellers

Questions

Voice FAQ

Does VoIP work well over Starlink?
Yes. With 20–40 ms latency Starlink is excellent for voice. Our PBX uses adaptive codecs and jitter buffers, and SD-WAN can prioritise voice over other traffic.
What happens during a power cut?
Calls to your number are routed to the ZODSAT app on your phone or forwarded to a mobile automatically. Desk phones on PoE switches with a UPS keep working too.
Can customers call me from any network?
Yes — ZODSAT numbers are real public numbers reachable from Econet, NetOne, TelOne, South African and international networks.
Is a licence needed?
ZODSAT provides the service under its own regulatory framework; you simply subscribe. We handle number allocation and porting with POTRAZ.
Can I get numbers in other countries?
Local numbers are available in Zimbabwe, South Africa, Zambia, Malawi, Mozambique, the UK, the US and Australia today, with more on request.
